March 2026 - what's planned?

On Web:

• We will add the possibility to assign vehicles to “units” (regional / organisational, etc) and it will be possible to filter reports based on these units
• We will Improve the communication between driver and fleet manager allowing a continuous chat instead of individual messages
• We will allow exporting to excel of the “Mileage” report

in Mobile Apps:

• We will allow PDF documents to be opened in the “Operations” section
• Bug fixing

February 2026

On Web:

• We added a new fuel report that goes beyond monthly totals. You'll now see a detailed breakdown of every transaction that makes up each month's fuel costs.
• We added a new option for vehicle handovers - to drop-off or pick-up the vehicle without the support of the fleet manager.
• For “Fleet Codes” we improved the user experience allowing to easy copy the code, attach driver’s email and send that code directly to a driver.
• We have combined a few menu items into groups for better user experience.
