February 2026 - what's planned?

On Web:

• We will add a new option for vehicle handovers. It will be possible to drop-off or pick-up the vehicle without the support of the fleet manager.
• We will add new fields to “Routes” allowing to track the costs of each trip.
• We will improve the communication between driver and fleet manager and allow a continuous chat instead of individual messages
• We have combined a few menu items into groups for better user experience.
  • Drivers folder + Drivers using app folder → Drivers
  • Expenses + Invoices + Incomes → Finances
• In Routes - we installed a filter to quickly show All, Pending or Closed trips.

in Mobile Apps:

• Bug fixing
• Drivers will be allowed to drop-off or pick-up the vehicle without the support of the fleet manager.
• In “Messages” from the mobile app, we will allow to send a location “pin” to the fleet manager

January 2026 - what's planned?

On Web:

• Tachographs:
  • You can now log each tachograph download by adding the download date and uploading/storing the file directly in Movcar.
  • Movcar will automatically calculate and set the next recommended download date, so you always know when the next tachograph read is due.
